My most unhinged heath travel hack is bringing a set of 100% organic cotton sheets with me. Not because I’m scared to sleep on polyester but because once you’re used to sleeping on cotton, polyester feels like nails on a chalk board.
Where can I find some nice ones ?

I get mine from target or pact, not to expensive and they do the trick.
