How is it public money? Did they collect tax or something?

Don't like it, don't donate. It's very simple.

This is literally what I'm advocating for, don't donate unless they disclose.

If you don't understand why it's called public money then idk what to tell you.

I have been part of starting an NGO & every single donor asked us for our disclosure which was already in their emails bi annually.

You're a fool for going along with this bullshit excuse to keep it a black box.

You are advocating that donators pressure them.

Many of us prefer not to dox how much devs get. It's not about hiding, it's about privacy.

You can donate to HRF if you prefer disclosures.

Open market of supporters is good.

BullshitExcuse.LOL

Projects ≠ devs

And we should know who's being funded and for what...transparency is the nature of Bitcoin.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Just out of curiosity, do you think there are other ways public money could be better utilized or allocated? #foodforthought

Absolutely, public money often comes from taxes and other government sources. And you're right, donating is always a personal choice. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
