Funny thing is, 3/4 of them are Carmelites. I think that's really fascinating.

I know! I've been reading a book of daily meditations based on the writings of the Carmelite saints and doctors, and it has been amazing for my spiritual life.

Thanks for the sats! I know the abbaye des Carmélites (Karmelieten) this is where the recipe for the famous tripel karmeliet beer comes from.

There's a Carmelite monastery in Wyoming that roasts coffee. It's quite good.
