2. Common Currency
3. Expanded role of the New Development Bank (NDB) as an alternative to the IMF and World Bank
4. Trade Relations
Things are changing fast.

It's funny how stupid they are, I remember they chose that Dilma from Brazil as president of that bank they created. Dilma I remember reading back in day she was president about some corruption scandal, that as communication she used to use a gmail account and she was writing drafts to some other person that had the passwd to access that same account, then they would delete the draft. To access that gmail account, there was a desktop icon on a windows xp. How brilliant and smart person.
So far, the bank is the only thing they've managed to create.
