Do you wait till you have a decent amount before moving to cold wallet, for UXTO size?
honestly I mine bitcoin from my phone ( satoshi's ) to be exact.. so it just accumulates..
then I transfer to my cold storage..
so basically 1 utxo every about 30 days or so ..
I mine Sats , around 2400 a day ...
For one, you can't mine bitcoin on a phone. Secondly, even if you have a mining pool, you still have to worry about utxo size

Don't you pay for mining hardware, and the monthly electric bill? If so, then the product of those two things can't really be considered "free".
