Micro dosing is the most elite neutropic.

I was doing 4days on my most intensive work days & 3 days off on my most relaxed days of the week.

This includes both mental and physical.

I will say that I have a lot of experience with eating 🍄 at different doses, including multiple longer term micro dosing streaks.

Haven't in a while, but I'm about to bring it back into my regimen.

Have been thinking about trying it out. Got any suggestions/resources?

Take it with lions mane. Paul Stamets recommends lions mane with niacin but I skip that because I usually take some B vitamins anyway. I would think adding Gingko could also be a good idea too.

This sounds oddly specific to one substance. I'm not even committed to what substance(s) I may try.

Would like to have some general info on the subject as I agree
