Handy, but, no. Not as a primary defensive weapon. Capacity and accuracy are much worse than even something like a Ruger LCP (which is a perfectly usable carry pistol for many).

All of those little pocket .380s are very comfortable to carry. For most people that will mean they carry more often, so they've been a huge win ever since the Keltek P3AT. They sure are unpleasant to shoot though.
