I carry a Hellcat daily. I prefer it over the sig P365 line.
The skinny Glocks (43/48)are over priced and need you to buy aftermarket magazines to really make them worth it (to get comparable magazine capacity), and if you're at all interested in running a dot sight, Glock's MOS system is more than a little terrible. I personally can't stand the grip angle, though I can shooy a 48 well enough.
The S&W Shield Plus is a good option, if you don't ever want to use a standard compact weapon light. It annoys me that they didn't bother with designing it with a standard accessory rail. (Same issue with the Glocks, though, since it is a Glock there are plenty of accessories at this point, but, gosh, stop making things proprietary for no good reason! Pricks...) However, the Plus is nearly Glock 19 sized, even if it's skinnier and carries well, it will always be heavier and harder to conceal. Heavier makes it easier to shoot than my preferred Hellcat, but, it's not as easy to drop into a pocket with a Sticky-brand holster which is what I do most days for my short commutes.
There are some other good options, but, those are usually the top three contenders, for good reason. Also, use the tag #gunstr to get more feedback about anything gun related.
