Ok. So I am on my 5th time watching this over and over. Here is my conclusion.

This is nothing that I did not already know, but I have never heard it so gracefully condensed and brutally cut to the point before. So at first it was a bit shocking, but at the same time it is informative too. Like connecting a bunch of dots that were already connected, but giving it a more direct route of comprehension.
