Now that you've found Nostr, would you be interested in building an Ordinals based Nostr client? You'd be able to set Ordinals as your profile picture, view Ordinal stats in client, and you could even build in buying, selling, trading, etc. Really, the sky is the limit here.

I can't believe you all use Discord and Twitter for this when you could build it all on Nostr with clients to support all of your Ordinals/ JPEGs dreams.

I still think Ordinals are dumb and worthless, but it's not about me. It's about being able to build on a permissionless and open protocol.

Ordinals aren't Bitcoin and have no business in Bitcoin. They're spam, a bug that should have been patched immediately.

The virtuous nodes and Bitcoin loyalist will need to take greater responsibility for code supervision and development. After all, we are the ones that run and enforce the code and the protocol.

In the early days the nodes shared responsibility for code development and maintenance with Satoshi. That's how Bitcoin is designed. Nothing has changed.

It's my opinion Bitcoin must be brought back into compliance. Hopefully many more nodes and loyalist with c++ will agree..💻💎🧡🤠🗽

Some are already filtering out Ordinals etc. More nodes will follow. Then we will rework the taproot code to permanently remove the bad elements..💻💎🧡🤠🗽

You’re just role-playing and virtue-signaling with your friends. It’s cute, but it has no meaning. Inscriptions will be hosted on bitcoin nodes forever, and ordinal transactions cannot be stopped.

Nodes will host ordinals just like they have hosted all the dumb fads that eventually moved offchain. It is ridiculous to assert that self-custody is impractical, but believe that you can convince literally the most retarded degenerates in crypto that they have to stay on-chain, when third parties will entice them offchain with cheaper products.
