i guess even the bathtub works with the bag of ice. it's not as fun when it's not outdoors tho

It all depends on how badly you want to cold plunge. I have bad injury history so it helps with inflammation and wicked sore joints and pain. Not too much tho bc also need that natural inflammation to help recover and build more muscle/etc
yeah, a friend introduced me to daily dipping in rivers/lakes no matter what season or location as it helped him overcome highly allergic skin issues as well as sinus issues. he just dries off and bundles up really good afterward to get the body heat back up.
it is bizarre how it boosts the mood as well. it's a great wintertime mood boost
