This is how I start my day 😉
I never eat before 12 o'clock. In the morning I drink only water. Right after I get up I drink the first glass. Then running, meditating....
Then at 12 o'clock I start with these beauties 😊😋
First the drink of turmeric, ginger, pepper and freshly squeezed lemon.
Then the nuts: Almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts (selenium suppliers).
Finally, the smoothie, today dark green:
Fresh fruit (today apple and mixed berries).
Kale(sometimes also ruccola or spinach)
Chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds
Pea protein, barley grass, spirulina
I do not use a ready-made powder, but mix everything individually.
I know that I am a freak 🫣
But I am convinced that what you add to your body is important. We have only this one body and try to treat it well in every possible way.
Of course, it's a lot of work and I'm excited to see how I can make it all work in our travels.
