If I had diabetes I would move to a low nnEMF location with loads of sun and then:

1. Do a parasite + mold cleanse.

2. Get on some *strong* thiamine and cofactors (magnesium, b vits, glutathione, glycine, taurine).

3. Consume loads of natural sugars.

4. Reduce my fat intake as much as tolerable.

5. Consume only saturated fat, leaning on coconut oil alot.

6. Eat enough whole animal foods.

I've been taking NACET which is fortified with glycine, selenium, and molybdenum, and making my own electrolyte blend with mg glycinate, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, Himalayan salt, and a scoop of creatine monohydrate to drink after my morning Matcha diy mudwater. Used to take sulbutiamine but lately just a B-150 pill (it's orange haha). And otherwise doing what I can to have two meat oriented meals per day, with a fair amount of eggs too.

Could do better on sleep, exercise, and some of the peripheral food but damn the dad/office life is a grind that killed my step count.

What sort of parasite/mold cleanse would you do? Just a fast or something more targeted?

Hi type 1 diabetic here 👋

Very important to say type 2 diabetes for this kind of advice.

Cause I could still follow these tips to a T and if I don't take my insulin I'm dead.
