you reinstalled 3.21-1 or tried to downgrade?

can you post the service logs that startOS gives you?

also are the dependency checks met? what versions are you running for those?

Today there was an update available for mempool and I clicked on the update button. After the update process the app tried to start but it's always switching between the Status Running and Starting. I'll send you the logs of mempool via DM.

System -> System Rebuild, should be good to go.
