The way I see it:
Fiat money gives the controllers unlimited power to buy and influence whatever
Hard money will slowly stop this unbalanced behavior. Will take time, but can be done

They can use the fiat money printer to buy bitcoin as they have been doing. I’m optimistic long long term, but we also need a political solution. We had issues under a gold standard and they weren’t caused because of 2% gold stock expansion. Getting debased by fiat is one of the problems we face.
