Why podcasts are great! You can actually explore the details, incentives, and find the nuance. I’d love to hear different views in a respectful discussion. Long format is the only way to go!
I suspect humans have evolved with seed oils, and at low levels we don’t have good clinical research. At the same time we’ve turned it into a common additive, along with gross amounts of sugar, sweeteners, dyes, mold inhibitors, and preservatives.
Erucic acid in tiny amounts may not be dangerous 🤷♂️. But most are not ingesting tiny amounts. These additives are in an incredible amount of products.
We all know how 2% yearly inflation is working out for us. We should be looking at our food through a similar lens.
That 2% idea is a great one- I had my eyes opened about things in our food when I spoke with Laszlo Barabasi (godfather of network science) about his work tracking food additives and preservatives

It was a good RHR today they were talking a ton about encryption messages. I like how they are now incorporating notes about Nostr updates.
I guess file sharing is coming online.

I get it. I boost both places. Looking forward to all of it integrating. Wonder how something like that would work between RSS and nostr relays without cannibalizing the model. The Fountain devs have been doing great work.
In case you didnt know, fountain changed their fine print 😔 it is probably for the sustainability of their platform, but earning everyday has stopped. They added promotions and the ability for users to pay listeners for their attention on the home screen, but I havent gotten paid for my #[4] backlog listening for a week 😭. Guess my scheme is up 😂 but fountain is still cool amd making clips is easier even of mine are not heard in the larger community 🤔
