Have you looked at your financial ratios collectively?
This way you can compare your own growth rate.
I think you can also do vertical analysis. (comparative).
Direct comparative analysis can be problematic.
But when you compare ratio analysis or vertical analysis, you can see more clearly whether it is growing or not.
