#asknostr I have an older Umbrel node running v0.5.4 for all my lightning stuff. is there any issues I could run into by updating it to umbrel v1.0.0?

It will completely erase all the data from the drive, completely new os
that is fine with me as long as my lightning node stays working
I did a migration to v1 and only had the slight issue of having to reconnect to my Lightning node via command line. My channels were all fine.
Short answer is yes! Ensure you have a complete backup of your data, and be aware that the update will wipe everything from the drive. Once you get the node set up on the new OS, you will re-import your old data. As long as everything is backed up properly, you should mitigate any disaster scenarios. You can def keep your LN channels through the update. Feel free to DM if you get stuck, I have gone through the process a few times for friends' nodes.
