I just came back from Cuba. Not much adoption yet, but the ones who know about it truly believe it is the only way they can circumvent american sanctions and have a better economy. This is the hope for many countries sanctioned by the hegemon.

what? american sanctions? do you mean cuban sanctions actually is the cuban government itself who block import, change money or a lot of things.
