Who is doing the in depth interviews with Steak 'n Shake. Inquiring minds want to know what their motivation and expectations are for accepting #bitcoin.
I'd also like to learn more about and their LN payment processor Speed ( https://www.tryspeed.com ). Does Speed use an existing exchange's APIs or do they run their own bitcoin/LN infrastructure? What are their plans for on-boarding more retail businesses?
