I’m seeing a lot of misinformation being spread about the tragedy in Hawaii this week.

People are suggesting direct energy weapons, or other such conspiracies as the cause of the blaze. Unfortunately this is most likely just opportunistic social media personalities trying to increase their audience and influence.

The facts are probably much more simple, high winds and power lines. Dry grasses, high winds and embers being blown. A dense community with lots of wood framed houses and roofs.

An under resourced community overwhelmed by the forces of nature, in a state where counties are divided by surrounding waters making coordination and cooperation difficult and time consuming.

Thanks for clarifying this, bushfires happen each year all around the world and sadly due to not doing control burns.

Thinking of everybody affected in Hawaii πŸ’œπŸ«‚

What happens when there is no controlled burn in the economy? What happens when too big to fail meets QE ♾️

tick tock

Tell us

πŸ˜‚ typical

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ i have been waiting to use that meme

Love it when you can finally use a meme that you’ve been waiting to share!

Sometimes the only conspiracy is the shill trying to sell you their theory

Yes. And unfortunately I believe it’s possible they profit off their theories with likes, views, advertising revenue share, or more followers.

Truth is difficult to find amongst the fog of tragedy and poor communication.

I’m trying to do my best to communicate factual information and parse through the noise to create a solid and reliable signal.

Thank you and please continue to update us!

I’ll do my best, thank you Marie.
