If you workout I would down the weight a tad otherwise you may get light headed.
Ton of water.
Hours 36-48 are the hardest. Brain craves food, legs get kinda weak. Day two I would skip the gym. Third day (today), I felt like I could run a marathon.
Salt helps you get over cravings.
Oh and I worked 2 of the 3 days so i didnāt get the gym as they were 12+ hr days. š„“

I did a 24 hour one but couldnāt push through work - I do some manual labor and standing which made it quite difficult
