Just saw a wedding photo and was reminded of the fact that my husband was better looking than I am. Look dazed, in the wedding pics, because it's like, OMG he's really marrying me.

All of the really smart women I know are married to unusually handsome men. I wonder if that's a thing.

Like, you wouldn't think that's a thing, since men generally prefer their women dumber and better-looking, than they are. So, maybe I just know a lot of odd women, which could be, as I am rather odd.

I know that men like to say that they like smart women, and they like to think that they like smart women, but you have to control for demographics.

What I mean, is that they like women they consider smarter than most other women they know (smart women, as opposed to dumb ones), but most men actually don't know any very-smart women, as we're like unicorns 🦄, so they aren't referring to us, when they say "smart"
