Natural bed frame and mattress are the first things to get right.

After that, EMF window shades and potentially a canopy gets you to 99%.

I'd probably go bed frame - > mattress - > grounded pillow case - > emf window blinds and then a canopy as a last resort.

We also ended up with an organic mattress with no metal or springs thankfully! But at the time the organic mattress people were trying to sell the “hybrid” versions with springs

I hadn’t heard of EMF window blinds and canopy, I’ll have to look into those! Do you also separate your bed from the wall by 6-8 feet or is that not actually doing much?

I have it about 20inches away from the wall and my EMF reader shows that is sufficient.
