Would prefer no grow lights, but we do have windows with plenty of sun.

They can only be grown by cloning and there are many sellers on etsy. It's easy to propagate: trim a stem, stick in damp dirty and it'll grow roots and leaves in a week or two. Occasionally feed with nitrogen rich fertilizer.
Tastes like lettuce. I did a thread on it a while back.
