This was an obvious outcome. I don't know who this guy is but now i want to know
The head of one of the Russian republics. He grew up in war, killing people, and now he compensates for everything he lacked as a teenager.
He does this at Putin's expense. Essentially, Putin buys his loyalty and tolerates any behavior.
He has a son. Since childhood, he has behaved like Sacha Baron Cohen in the movie The Dictator. Only he does all of it in real life.
