This brought me to think about how rights are based on verbs, not nouns. I don't have the right to food, but I do have the right to eat. I don't have the right to arms, but I do have the right to own and carry them. 🤔
But if you have the right to eat that implies some right to food
And the right to breathe implies a right to a clean atmosphere
