Real estate investing is a gamble but most people don't want to admit it

You buy houses because you expect the price to go up

On a Bitcoin standard, real estate investing makes no sense, no matter how great the location is

Real estate investors NEED inflation, but Bitcoin is deflationary

The price of a house is going below 0.1 BTC

Exactly, and this will create better housing because the only way to slow depreciation is by improving the quality of the houses
