Vitamins can be useful and sometimes simply necessary, but in certain conditions and states. Taking vitamins and supplements just at will, without prior analysis and examination less likely to produce efficacy different from placebo. And one more thing, popular forms of supplements in tablets or capsules, and multivitamins are often ineffective due to low concentration and poor quality.
