I agree. And am certain it happens. Catch is you can't tell who's really handicapped. For example I know someone with severe mental illness. But you might not know it as a casual observer. But this person would benefit greatly from boarding early due to what crowds and lines do to them. So it's based on trust. Humans violate trust.
