Its hard to go thru something like that, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. As someone who's been thru something similar, do not ignore the importance of physical therapy when you are ready for that.

I’ve been going to physio and doing all the exercises they’ve given me.
Hopefully in time the plate and screws don’t aggravate me as I don’t wanna go into surgery again to have them removed.
Yes, i loved my therapists because they know so much about body mechanics. Keep working with them😊
I am a PT in the US…they won’t come out unless they become a problem, the surgeon placed them so they will be stable but out of the way.
