I’m doing well! I’ve been pretty quiet on Nostr recently though as work and day to day life has been very busy. I just found out yesterday that the company I work for is closing the Adelaide office so I’ll be back to working from home full time which will probably be a good thing!
Working from home is great if you have discipline and self control.
Yeah I’ve been working from home two days a week anyway so it’s not a big change. The people I work with are all in Sydney anyway and I might now get a few trips to Sydney to actually see them face to face.
I’m booked to go to syd later this month, it’s going to be freezing!
I’ve had to cancel all travels due to this, and this upcoming one is very important so I need to be mobile enough to travel.
Hoping that all is good by the time you need to travel! And yeah it seems the weather is cold everywhere at the moment!

My ankle wasn't as bad as yours, I completely tore the ligament on the outside, and it was too long (months) before I could walk 😭. Don't push it and do whatever exercises they tell you to do 🫂🫂

I stepped off a curb carrying my nephew, it was about a half inch more than I expected because it was by a drain 😐. I feel ya 😂😂

I managed to flip around and he didn't even cry. My mom instincts were kicking before I had a kid, lol. I wish is was a cooler story to go with the scar, like a motorcycle accident or car crash instead of walking 🤣🤣🤣

Its hard to go thru something like that, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. As someone who's been thru something similar, do not ignore the importance of physical therapy when you are ready for that.

I’ve been going to physio and doing all the exercises they’ve given me.
Hopefully in time the plate and screws don’t aggravate me as I don’t wanna go into surgery again to have them removed.
Yes, i loved my therapists because they know so much about body mechanics. Keep working with them😊
I am a PT in the US…they won’t come out unless they become a problem, the surgeon placed them so they will be stable but out of the way.
