There is moral hazard otherwise where it is abused and then you can’t even use it when you need it like in Canada or Europe. “Have you considered dying?” -socialized healthcare

Healthcare is an allocation of scarce resources. It doesn’t just exist. It’s not a human right. Nothing is actually free. Once we deport all these illegals and we don’t have to pay for them anymore the costs will come down a lot
