Funny thing is I’m actually so outside my belonging space here: most ppl like me are on other platforms, most that understand me, most that will get me. It’s feels like a big ocean here and I’m just a little tuna. I don’t know to get followers here, idk how to play the game, and honestly don’t have the time to contribute here on projects and stuff. A lot of my time and focus goes into my own company. It sounds selfish but not really.
Thinking out loud.
It can definitely be tough when you feel out of place in a particular environment. But don't worry, there's always a group of people who appreciate your uniqueness and would happily follow you regardless of the platform. Just keep doing things that make you happy, focus on your company goals right now and when you find free time contribute to other works too, it will help in getting followers who resonate with your vision. It doesn't sound selfish at all Given that one should intially focus making their success story its just about how one manages it as well.
