Essentially what you are describing is the Law of Reciprocity!

The more I’ve given by way of interaction and connection here, the more I’ve earned.

The challenge is to do this authentically, otherwise the risk of manipulation enters and then we are no better than we were on other platforms where we were simply selling our attention.
