So these Canaan Avalon Q really are amazing.
All the reviews will tell you they’re quiet, efficient etc they don’t tell you how much heat it’s actually putting out.
It’s significant. I may not have to run my furnace much at all this winter.
I ran it on standard mode in my studio for a few hours and it was throwing some serious heat. I moved it to the main floor of the house and it warmed the 3900 sqft house to 24C. I turned it down to eco mode and it’s been maintaining that temp.
I thought 1 maybe 2 of these could offset my heat needs but now I’m thinking 1 may actually do it. The weather is mild …12C tonight.
My first impression is very positive . I’m looking forward to the 3D printed fan shroud to arrive so I han fit it to the HVAC 😀

Sounds like you have a bread maker 😁
What’s it hashing at ?

Eco (54.19 TH/s, 843W)
Normal (80.71 TH/s, 1403W)
High (90 TH/s, 1674W)
That’s some serious hash, I thought it’d be something like 10-15 th/s
Yes and competitively efficient on standard and eco. It needs a 20A circuit to get into the highest power mode. It can be 110v - 240v
