I know people have strong opinions on this, but I think it can help a lot to streamline the ability for users to follow their twitter friends from nostr, using #[2] 's rss-bridge tool to create nostr profiles mirroring all those twitter profiles posts.

This way, new users will feel more comfortable using nostr as their daily driver without having to switch between twitter and nostr. The way I see it, this setup basically just turns Twitter into another (very large) relay in a way.

and I'm building a tool that will do exactly this. It will scan your twitter account and create nostr profiles mirroring those accounts posts, and follow those nostr accounts for you.

Jesus, that would be great! I’ve developed an audience in Twitter and would love to mirror my content here automatically.

Another thing would be cool:

Some way to selective mirror past threads on here, not just what I post onwards! ;)
