I know people have strong opinions on this, but I think it can help a lot to streamline the ability for users to follow their twitter friends from nostr, using #[2] 's rss-bridge tool to create nostr profiles mirroring all those twitter profiles posts.
This way, new users will feel more comfortable using nostr as their daily driver without having to switch between twitter and nostr. The way I see it, this setup basically just turns Twitter into another (very large) relay in a way.
and I'm building a tool that will do exactly this. It will scan your twitter account and create nostr profiles mirroring those accounts posts, and follow those nostr accounts for you.

That RSS bridge was a very half-baked product, it could be better with some caching. but I still stand by it and its approach to bridging: bridges should act as their own specialized custom relays, not as spam-producing machine that produce junk and send to other relays.
