I think I'm running citrine but I'm honestly not sure how to tell if it is working.

If I were going full disclosure, I never figured out what I was supposed to do with my relays after amethyst split them into groups so maybe I should start there.

same. i get stupid error messages from it saying it cant read the database. but when i look at citrine it shows that its got .. 61 notes, mostly kind 5 (31 of them)

I see the notes, no connections and no subscriptions though.

I think Vitor explained once that when you close Amethyst, it closes the connection to all your relays. So if you're outside of Amethyst and in Citreine you won't see it connected to anything.
