Brother, cousin, and I cold plunged yesterday AM in the Atlantic (So. Maine). 35F for 2 mins. windy, rainy, decent waves.
Doing it outside vs. in the home tub is a world of difference!

The craziest part was after we got out we just stood there in the parking lot, only trunks and beanies on, in the wind and rain, didn't even feel cold...probably early stage hypothermia 😅 but it was bliss
Omg lol not me sir! I hightailed it to a warm cabin to sit next to a hot woodstove fire and held a cozy cup of tea in my hands to warm up! I didn’t care about putting pants on but as soon as I had a hoodie on I was out of there!
