What of the dozens of pieces of advice did you implement?
Delete lights and phone 2 hrs before bed
2 kiwi before bed
Meditation
Warm shower in the dark
Sleep naked

Sleeping naked is underrated
Tip:
Add in 20 minutes of daylight in the early morning to pump that melatonin in evening.
Apparently showers before bed can affect getting sleep.
I heard most of these things before. Meditation is nice but i can't do it in the evening or i will fall asleep. Is there any logic or science behind kiwi's before bed? I can only imagine it gets your insulin spiking at a late stage.
Sleeping naked has the added benefit of scaring away a potential intruder who sees you running towards him doing the helicopter while holding a gun or baseball bat
I also find consistency in routine to be my best protip. I sleep a solid 8+ hours every day, fall asleep deeply within 5 minutes and dream. No weird supplements, no self medication with weed or alternatives.
Nice. I also heard ravings about futons. I have tried one recently and it is on order now. I would imagine i will have to get used to it for a week or maybe more.
