Stackchain Improvement Proposal. It essentially said to create a new sidechain if the old chan was too high. It was rejected. We compromised on SIP-003 and created Stackjoins. This works for many months. However, now most of the fun happens with newly created side chains. I was a visionary 🤣🤣
