Instead of sleep and physical movement?
Yes.. I am not saying to eat more bacon. I am saying only eat bacon.
Weight loss will happen regardless of the amount of meat you eat. Inflammation will go down. Gut will disappear.
Walking / physical activities might be more enjoyable. You will be more comfortable in the way you look and feel and do it more often. I won't help with sleep unfortunately.
