Must get better at this

I find it so hard to switch off from business ideas, investing, content, it’s as if I am constantly doing something

Do I really need to be doing this right now? My kids at my feet, keen to have my attention

Updated plan: leave all admin tasks to after their bedtime, smile, stop being so serious, and dive in with them
