I saw some footage of Corsica recently during episodes of The Amazing Race. It has many elements of my home region, but in a different flavor.
It looks like a place I could melt into.

The nature in Corsica is magnificent. If we stop at that and see island life as an advantage rather than a disadvantage, anyone would enjoy Corsica.
But for those who have never lived on an island, I would advise them to try it before committing to a permanent project.
