Iโ€™d like to hire a part-time what to cook for dinner decision maker. No cooking experience necessary because I can cook.

Serious inquiries only please.

if you have a cookbook ready to go, sure.

also, you won't be able to say no more than two times in a row if that happens

You see, going through a cookbook for me sometimes is like scrolling through shit movies on Netflix. Shit, shit, shit, hmm maybe, shit, shit, shit.. two hours later and Iโ€™m eating the same cured meat slice I just fed to the neighbourโ€™s dog.

Ask ChatGPT - feed it what you have available and see what it comes up with. However, I do not guarantee successful resultsโ€ฆ

I have to try this and see how it goes. Idk if I want to feed an AI what I like in case it decides it wants to kill me one day. lol

this cuts deep ๐Ÿ˜†

i think it also depends a lot whether you tend to eat more out of experience and curiosity or for comfort and pleasure.

sometimes for me it's just that i want to make something new, and experiment a little, and not even worry about the eating part

On any night when I usually know what I want to eat, itโ€™s what Iโ€™ll make or sometimes buy. On nights like tonight, itโ€™s anything goes. Just someone decide for me. lol

what do you think are the 3 dishes that you make the most? ๐Ÿค”

Hmm.. probably pizza, my signature nobody club chicken sandwich and I make this thing called a fridge frittata. Itโ€™s made of (most) everything in my fridge I want to get rid of but donโ€™t want to waste and throw in the garbage.

We call it throw shit in a pan ๐Ÿคฃ tastes great!

Haha exactly!

๐Ÿ’ฏ

I love these types of convos! Real. Facts of life. I hope you come up with something. I often use a blender to make a kind of soup with stuff hanging about in the fridge.

Neopolitan pizzas are to die for, so I fully understand

Never had a club chicken sandwich before, or they might not just call it that over here

A frittata is something I've yet to really make, yet sounds absolutely wonderful

From 1-10 how lazy are you in terms of cooking?

I am slowly getting a sense of you as a chef here ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’œ

I donโ€™t take shortcuts when it comes to what I make and eat. I love food so Iโ€™m always at 12/10. Iโ€™m not extra or anything but taste is important. Food is one of the greatest joys in my life.

Oh my god this so much ๐Ÿ’œ

I have so many friends that just consume calories as fuel, and it makes me wanna cry inside

The amount of joy I get out of cooking is incredible, really feels similar to making music

๐Ÿซ‚

Would I also be a grocery shopping-decision maker? Iโ€™d need to know whatโ€™s in your fridge and pantry. ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Ok. We are getting somewhere here, Eryn. I like this. Yes, that would help a lot because I sometimes donโ€™t have what I need for the decided dish.

Beef Wellington

Thank you. Thatโ€™s going to be one heavy dinner. lol

I can only contribute with one recipe that you should cook when you want. Here it is

Ohh yes, thank you. ๐Ÿ™
