if you have a cookbook ready to go, sure.
also, you won't be able to say no more than two times in a row if that happens

You see, going through a cookbook for me sometimes is like scrolling through shit movies on Netflix. Shit, shit, shit, hmm maybe, shit, shit, shit.. two hours later and I’m eating the same cured meat slice I just fed to the neighbour’s dog.
Ask ChatGPT - feed it what you have available and see what it comes up with. However, I do not guarantee successful results…
I have to try this and see how it goes. Idk if I want to feed an AI what I like in case it decides it wants to kill me one day. lol
this cuts deep 😆
i think it also depends a lot whether you tend to eat more out of experience and curiosity or for comfort and pleasure.
sometimes for me it's just that i want to make something new, and experiment a little, and not even worry about the eating part
On any night when I usually know what I want to eat, it’s what I’ll make or sometimes buy. On nights like tonight, it’s anything goes. Just someone decide for me. lol
what do you think are the 3 dishes that you make the most? 🤔
Hmm.. probably pizza, my signature nobody club chicken sandwich and I make this thing called a fridge frittata. It’s made of (most) everything in my fridge I want to get rid of but don’t want to waste and throw in the garbage.
Neopolitan pizzas are to die for, so I fully understand
Never had a club chicken sandwich before, or they might not just call it that over here
A frittata is something I've yet to really make, yet sounds absolutely wonderful
From 1-10 how lazy are you in terms of cooking?
I am slowly getting a sense of you as a chef here 😂💜
I don’t take shortcuts when it comes to what I make and eat. I love food so I’m always at 12/10. I’m not extra or anything but taste is important. Food is one of the greatest joys in my life.
