For years a mantra in the Monero community is don't hold it... Spend it.
I do hold a little though.
If someone asked me what it felt like to spend MoNeRo, I wouldnt be able to tell them. The swap service forwarded the payment on my behalf. Didnt even need to use a mOnErO wallet. So it felt like spending lightning (my side of the swap) I guess?
