I am the most lean and jacked I’ve been in 4 years eating tons of fruit, juice, honey, sourdough, skimmed raw milk, well cooked veggies, and lean-ish meat

Same, I feel so weak when I’m not eating fruit and Sourdough. Fruit, homemade bread, beef, and eggs is the way.
