Studies may have been biased but my blown out pant seems say otherwise. 
Processed food doesn’t cause obesity. That’s true. Increased calorie intake causes weight gain. But ultra-processed foods negatively impact at minimum our gut health. And poor gut health CAN cause excessive weight gain. It can also cause chronic pain and put our bodies is a constant state of agitation. Which is why everyone in America has to take 5 different pills everyday but still feel shitty.

Partly true yes. My point more so being than people can be intellectually lazy to not realise it's about personal responsibility and it's highly uneducated to vilify one specific food group when there a way too many variables involved to make outlandish statements. The poison is I. The dosage.
